well, I wont argue the DTM is fast, faster than any current minix, but I think with good tires, coilover shocks, a bigger motor, good batt placement, the minix wil be pretty fast, besides I am moastly doin this for fun, I like takeing slower cars, and makeing them go faster than they were designed to go. the DTM is just too race ready for my taste.

hmm sounds like i need to get some foams! i use some radials i found on a model that are about 20-30deg. as of right now i can get it on 3 wheels. probably cause my suspension is a little soft than the dtm. i did manage to flip it a time or 2 on tennis court, but that has loads of grip. as of right now my car is only pushin 30mph. i will have to get rid of that coreless if you say it is slow, it was very expensive. i want to see how powerful it is first though.

maybe a orion bigblock is needed or maybe a Rabid Chihauhau but i may loose the ability to turn as well as small parts everytime i hit the throttle

man i love these little cars!

not if I only go in a stright line lol. I was just kinda funnin around with that one. I don't think its quite to scale, but it is supposed to be a 540 mod motor and a 4/3 stack sub-c 7cell.

I agree on the ABC models. I have the DTM-sp and the X4 and a Mini-X.
The ABC models are without a doubt the best and fastest 1/24 cars around. Nothing can touch them imho.

that sounds like a challenge

what makes them so fast, the motor battery combo or less moving parts...probably both in my guess
