Actually, I am in the process of doing it on this one. I removed the existing tabs already, but I haven't mounted new tabs. (It's just sitting on the chassis and held on because the skirts make a tight fit.) I am going to remove the light system so I can lower it more, and then I will mount the new tabs at that point. The light system is going in another body.

I have removed the light system successfully. There are some little tabs that have to be cut under the body. I removed those to get maximum lowering capability. The lights were real easy to remove too. The really just popped off with a little prying with a small screwdriver.

Here is the body lowered as far as it can go. I removed the front lights and will fill it in. I'm thinking about added a little to the sides of the spoiler to make it overhang a little.

The good thing is I don't even have to dremel the fenders to have steering clearance in the front.

That looks sweet man! I see you cut off the pop up lights. Did you use the dremel for that?

I actually haven't done the complete tab lowering yet. All I have done is remove the existing tabs. It's such a tight fit, the body actually stays in place with out any tabs. I will add some, but they will have to be really small, something like 1/32". You can see here how tight of a fit it is when you push the chassis up in the body (even without the existing tabs).

Yes, I used a dremel to remove the pop up lights. I went ahead and made a new spoiler. Now to paint this puppy.
