If you got an order # then call the 1-800 number and they can give you the tracking number. Then just check it on the UPS site.

Heh, I wouldn't put all faith in the online tracking system at UPS. I went thru a lot of pain and suffering tracking mine yesterday. Their tracking system showed my package still in Kentucky hours away all the way up till the guy put them in my hands. Their system is sometimes behind because the scans don't download right away.

It seemed pretty up to date for mine. It probably depends on location and on how busy they are on any given day.
