What do you do/use to prevent scratches on your car?

I was thinking of using a clear coat for plastics. Any name brand suggestions?

I use regular Vehicle Clear coat from the local Pepboys, but any would do. Don't use it with Testers modeling paint though or it'll run.

One small can could easiler do about 15 Zips/Bits.

I used it on both of my Zips. It's held up great and has a nice shine too.

Future floor polish works great. It's tough and resillient, goes on nicely with an airbrush or paintbrush, and you can remove it with ammonia without damaging the paint.

Future Floor Polish?

How does the finish on the car look if you use brushed on Future Floor Polish?

If the paint job was originally sprayed on..
