how could i up my speed??

my current setup is nos motor (34k rpm) and the green gears..with this it goes about 3 mph and my friend has the same setup and i wanna up my speed to 5 or 7 mph to woop him..how could i do this?

You could use the red gears and the slicks for more speed. Gear ratios can make a big difference. A yellow motor combined with red gears can beat a NX motor with blue gears.

Also try an r-spec

Gears aren't going to add 3 mph unless you use kit racer gears and then your acceleration will suffer. I would dual or tri cell it, get a perfection 4.2 and use red gears. It will probably be uncontrolable, but it will be faaaast.

Or you can just put stickers on it until you decide it's fast enough. lol

I would go with the layman's dual or better tri cell. So easy to do and incredible speed.

*edit* i looked at it and it looks easy enough for me to do and i'll try to get some of those cells in a little while...btw how much would this make me faster?

well alrighty i'm feeling more comfortable with this dual cell mod and all and at questformadness.com theres a mod that allows the controller to put out 3v and i'll do that alon with a dual cell mod
