Question putting lights in my car

What would be the best place to put lights in my car? I don't want them like headlights, but like underglow lights. I have some lights, but they run off of 9 volts, and the only LED light that I have that works is too big, and only fits in one spot on my car.

Would you like some pics of my car so that you could figure out where the lights would fit best? I was kind of thinking 2 in the front (one on each side) 2 in the middle (one on each side) and 2 in the back (one on each side).

heh ....thats alot of leds to wire up..
what kind of car do you have, and how big is it?
i was planning myself to add lights to my auldey impreza..
like 3 on each headlight in the front, and then 2 on each tail light..
i would have it to where it doesnt stick out of the body, but barely so that it looks normal, and so that i can put a piece of lexan or something over it.

Ok, here is the bottom of my car. There are spaces where I want to put my lights, in the side, front, and back.

ohh youre talking about bit bodies...
thats a little harder than it sounds, since you have to find really small leds...
id use the wide flat leds...those would be perfect for headlights and such...radioshack had a variety pack i believe of a bunch of diff color and sizes of leds..

Yea, I went to Radioshack, and the only LED lights they had were too big, and I might be going this weekend and getting some normal lights that are super small.

Yea, I would like those too, but they are too big. And you are right, they are pricey, about 3 bucks over here in Canada.

Don't have a electronics store by the name of that around me... I will probably go to the dollar store tomorrow, so I'll look for batterys. I already have like 2 or 3, but I'll try to get some more.

Ground Lights Example

I put Ground FX on my Nissan 350Z

I can't upload the pict right now, but I have a thread under Zip Zip with picts and directions.

I don't have lights on the sides because I couldn't get them to fit, but Radio Shack did have 4 small Green LEDs in their varity pack that I used.
