Unhappy ZipZap Problem

I purchased the 2fast2furious tuner kit w/ the 3.4 motor but this motor is performing horribly. It seems to be getting no torque at all. It takes about 3-5 seconds to get moving. In that 3-5 sec. it has little spurs where it will move about 1 cm. It will do that, then start moving slowly up to its top speed. This motor also cannot reverse without a push from someone. The top speed of the engine is slower than that of the turbo/2.8 motor. Does anyone know what is going on and what i can to to fix it.

This is related and i don't wanna make a new topic. I have the 3.4 and when i go into a wide turn about half-way through it it studders and stops for a second. I never had any problem with the 2.8. And im sure i have a new PCB because mine was the new X-2 RX-8.
