We need some for Range Mods, Exhausts, Rare Earth Steering. Here's my idea for an Exhaust avatar.

bleh i have white corners. how about this.

rats its too hard to read the word exhaust. i guess i got too fancy giving it a fire effect lol. well you get the idea folks!

Hey, Zakkorn. What font do you use for the text? I wanna make some avatars, too!

The font is Arial.
You must be carefull for your text to be readable, because the icons are very small.

Grrr....
 

Well, this isn't working as easliy as I had hoped. I can't get the aura around the text to look right. Do you start with a blown up image then shrink it or do you do all your work in the 36x36 box? I tried both ways and couldn't get the text to look right. :(

I began with a higher resolution and then I shrink down to 36x36.

But I try to avoid antialiasing on the fonts, because after the shrinking it becomes as big as the letters.
And I play (after the shrinking) a little with brightness/contrast.

Since so many of us own one or more dead bits, you have to make an avatar for the deceased. It's only politically correct. :)

Go to post reply, then there is a little box on the side that has all the smileys, and click the 'Get More' button, and then maximize that window, and copy the code for the pics that you want to put in your signature, and put the codes in there.

Yea, it works, but you don't need the Javascript part. Just the code number for the picture.

zztbo this the zip zaps turbo should have the end of the motor a red color not yellow and zznos the zip zaps nos should have the yellow ending will they fix that correction?

oh yea! can ya make a mazda rx-8 avatar thats the only zip zaps i got and i can add it to my avatar list :) you can make it say mazda rx-8 or xmen na thats gay lol but yea it can say RX-8
