I intend to have a board to mount the switch, battery holder , and the LEDs. Radio Shack has a 2032 battery holder. 2 2016s will fit in it. BAE

Wedginator 08-14-2002 07:37 PM

I'd like to do that also, but space under the car is what i'm concerned about. The CR2032 just barely squishes under there... do you think a batter holder will fit?

E-mail me and I'll send you my design. No expensive HS tubing. I need some ultrathin Breadbourd material. I might have to use Lexan?? I am also designing a police light bar. I need a certain IC for it. An LED flasher. BAE

Does anyone have a part numbers for the items they are using at Radioshack to do the lights? I went to my local Radioshack and they didn't seem to have anything in stock, but could order it for me if I had part numbers.

Specifically, I need the following part #:
  • Micro Switch
  • LEDs (also specify color and size)

I tried doing a search for "lights" & "part numbers" but couldn't find anything.

Thanks!

i seriously doubt your led went out. they can run constantly for 20years and not burn out.
