cutting own treads

i wos just wondering if you could cut your own treads in stock tires instead of payin £$£$£$£$£ for new treaded tires.:D

You could.
The best way to make them grippier though would be to take a dremel (rotory tool) with a sanding drum attachment and touch the tires a lil bit. This should ruff up the tires a bit and soften them up making them grip better.

Yeah, but also take a little electrical tape, wrap the sticky side around, and run it like that, then take the tape off.....very grippy tires, OR you could just cut LOTS of slits in the tires. That works, too...Or just drench the tires in water and dry them, they are dry and brand new again. :D
