Judg'in by the time stamp on your post you must've been up pretty late and a little tired when you wrote this post.
Let me give you a little encouragement.
I'm sure everybody around here has busted a lot of bits/zips. H*ll, I have 2 working Zips and no working Bits. I've got a Tank Clone that I messed up so bad I had to rig a zip motor in it just so it'll work (and a variable resister sticking out to slow it down to match the other motor, it ain't pretty).
I work on model ships as my main hobby (highly detailed sailboats, I've got picts of just 2 on my site), And even I break these cars.
Cheer up, the fun is worth the effort.

I had a zip that came like that (really ticked me off). I used a soldering iron to slightly push the plastic in enough to hold the axle again. Worked great
I'm waiting on the SE though, Thinking about TTTT.
Good luck,
Rex

I am also going to Mini-Z OverLands.
But, I am going to stay in Its'y-Bit'sy R/C's.
I plan on having plenty of fun, because if you look in my Signature, I am selling my T-Maxx.
I' not a fan of Nitro...
