I can't exactly remeber what the other color was, it was either a blue or a green, but I don't know for sure. It is interesting how the Viper has its top off while Z4 has the top on. It doesn't matter to me, the body looks great anyway!

Please help me to raise my self-esteem. I don't handle criticizm well and when I do, I usually go cry into a pillow and scream and break things. In short, be nice to me (it may be hard though through all of my annoyance). Thanks pal!

While picking up a red Stang, I think I saw a green BMW Z4.
These things are great! It runs great on short carpet and is even faster on a smooth surface. The steering and accel are responsive. Although, it does tend to make a little noise..... But, that is my only complaint.

Eureka!
I finally had time to mod my superslick into a carpet crawler. Don't have a digital camera but will tell you exactly what I did.
1) www.lego.com - order part #10048 small wheels set. These are great. These lego wheels almost press fit onto the car's wheels. You get 8 larger treaded wheels, 8 wide slicks, and 8 narrow treaded tires.
2) Remove both front screws from pcb cover.
3) Using hot knife, cut small sections out of body right behind front wheels to allow for turning w/out binding.
4) Use hot glue or any other medium you can think of to seal holes in body. Dirt in the circuitry is bad!
5) Put small dab of hot glue on center post of car's wheel and press on lego wheel. Repeat until all 4 wheels are attached.
This is as far as I've gotten. It runs great on carpet. The strength of the geared steering allows the front wheels to turn easily. Now I just have to decide whether to make a lift for my 350z body to ride on top, find a truck body at tru, or make a battle bit wedge-style body from some sheet aluminum. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, I think superslicks need their own section in the forum. These things are great for modding!

Porsche looks sweet.
I picked up a application form at the Toys R Us in New York at the weekend, they had races and stuff. Its for a limited edition Mini Taxi, it only shows the top view, but it looks cool. I sent it off and am now waiting to get it, I'll post picks when it comes, but it may take a few weeks.
Is the Impreza out yet, i haven't seen it in stores yet and i really want one.

I'm probably gonna pick one of these up really soon but I know as soon as I do they're gonna come out with that sweet looking WRX, which is what I really want. I got to play around with my cousins Super Slick and it was great...fast yet controllable, just sorta loud. Has anyone tried out the track yet?

I had one of the Green BMW Z4's (and hop up kit also) to try it, was very fast in all motor settings, in my hallway (I live in an apartment building) it just got up to full speed before I had to let up on gas and turn (otherwise it wouold have hit the 1/2 foot drop onto the concrete floor here), anyway, I really liked it, but had to return it for other reasons, however in that same trip I got an X-Trek car and radio (had to go through 3 before I got a good working one), nice, but loud..
I also got a Key R/C (was about 6 dollars) it is an infra red car and remote (the remote looks like a car alarm keyfob) even has a car alarm in teh little car, with motion sensor, kinda fun, well worth the 6 dollars, is fill 6 way steering, not rechargable though, uses one N battery in the car, and coin cells in the remote
the car has an off switch on it. Mine looks like a blue Suburu Outback wagon LOL

OooooooOoooooooh i gotta get oneeeee!!!!!!! I just bought a 1:43scale car (Not remoted controlled, like a model) it would be perfect for moding on! the little model has suspension, bodys, tinted windows, exhuast pipes, 3 kinds of rims, and a interesting steering set up, (Just like a engine block kinda thingy)
