kart as in Go-Kart. Yup, the black thing also turns on everything. I would suggest Tower Hobbies, as they have everything you need in the starter kit, which costs about as much as an LHS will charge you for the car alone.

the starter comes with the truck right? does tower hobbies include fuel too? about how much is it a gallon?

Tower does not include fuel, but they sell it. You buy gas by the liter, not gallon. You'll have to look and see how much it is.
