I can do this rotor thing for free
Ok, heres the deal, I can get all of the parts for free, I just need some information, I went to the Mini Rotory Engine Website, and saw everything, now I can get the rotor, and rotor housing in stanless steel for free, and alot of the other parts for free. I just need the dimensions for the rotor and rotor housing, and any things for parts that I might need, also, will somebody, tell me how to hook this up also, cause I am seriousely considering this, I just need a little help first.
Thanks guys

Good. But plan on two. One, the first, is a prototype that you can work most of the bugs out. Then the 2nd is where the rubber meets the road.
Good luck!

Um...
I'd rather talk about girls that trying to fit a miniature combustion engine into a 1/64 scale remote control car.
Back to the original topic,
Heat generated will definetely cause harm to the chassis and body.
I'm not that much of the know it guy on nitro powered R/C stuff but I think you will need to shield the electronics away from the pill sized gas tank, plus you gotta watch the spills too. Won't the heat cause severe damage to the electronics btw???
I like that mini rotary engine on the berkeley.edu website.
P.S. If you're so much into the rotary engine, you should start saving up your money, get yourself a nice RX-7. Unless you're rich, go for the RX-8, join the REVOLUTION.

Maybe this will help.
Besided the ten billion projects for clients I get payed for, I got a strange idea of a rotary printer to print directly on the top side with ink on a CD or DVD disk. Think I can do it with the drive motor from a burn out CD-R drive and use the head step motor to drive back and forth a HP print cart. Not fast but may work! Like a Junkyard Wars printer so to speak. Two axis and would take some math but be intersting to see if it would work. Would use an old P166 as the embedded logic. Run it in DOS mode and drive the mess off of the old ISA slot.
And you though the Rotary enging was strange. Its down right normal compared to this thing!
Happy building!
