Tried out the Ni-MH batteries today, took em off the charger and straight to the car. From what I can tell, without a timer or anything, the alkalines have a tiny edge, at least in kitchen auto-cross *lol*. But, you spend 3 bucks a set to replace, as opposed to the rechargables. I definately love it, and with a re-charge time of two hours, that ain't too awful bad. I notice the mini-mag mentions in a little part that they might have the edge in performance under certain conditions...wonder what they are. just for the record. I'm also going to put a test on the Vette, and the X-mod soon to see what kinda speed adv. we have. I'll keep in touch.

Wow! Joe_Cool, if you can pull that off, I bet that will be one of the best mods! Howd you get the picture like that? Did you use photoshop or something?

it looks like he did use photo shop, because if u look at the wheels, the spokes are the same and u can see the brakes behind them. thnx to my unusually large brain, i was able to make that distinction. lol
