There may be tons of bodies for this line of vehicles. In addition to the ones on sale now, in the instuction sheet there is a 2004 WRX, and on the website, racing on the racetrack is an R33 Skyline! Looks cool.
PS-That red MINI is my dad's car EXACTLY. Finally I can have a MINI exactly to my dad's!

That 'R33' is really a Lancer Evo 8....
Look closer...
I also like that blue-chrome Viper.

I looked closer.... ugh's right, it's a Skyline and not an EVO!
Check out the grill...
And it's a two door (EVO's a 4).

That is definantly a Skyline. Also notice how much the track walls (except for brick texture) and those flags resemble the Zip Zap barrier kit?

I'm wondering if the new zipzap se pcb will be useable in the toys-r-us 1/43 car? can it handle the dual cell and the bigger motor?
I know it is kind of backwards to go from smaller to bigger but once the zz-se are in the stores I may give it a try.

Having looked at the pics posted, bit confused peeps are they proportional steering or 6 direction, because the box shows a 6 direction diagram, but the car also looks like it has a servo........
Also will the bodies be easy to mod to epoch cars......
Thanks peeps

No propo here. The gears you are seeing are because it has motorized steering, but just left or right, no in between. It also uses the same spring return design as the regular Zips.

Picked up 2 and the performance pack w/ motors and tires etc:
I like them the detail is awesome. I am going to do a light mod and see about more power . I am going to sand the mustang body smooth and mod it into a Cobra R.....
Overall I am happy with the purchase and the price is right for what you get..
These may get forgotten with the ZZSE out now but it still has a lot of promise. Who knows perhaps you could merge the ZZSE technology and one of these and make one w/Propo.
I say give it a try and have some fun.

Thanks for confirming that. I'm thinking about going up to TRU today and pick some more bodies up. I can't wait to do some custom jobs on these bodies.
Anyone try out the ramp made out of the package? I threw mine away before I had a chance.

The packaged ramp works but its very hard to see being clear n' all and dont expect anything more than just driving over it, wont jump it for nothing with the stock motor.
The 3 strips are for 2.4v accessory:
Front of Car
[-][+2.4][+2.4]
Rear of Car
Both are on as long as the car's switch is on, and there is no designation on brake/go left/right.. both are on +2.4v all the time.
The PC has markings for 49mhz 40mhz and 27mhz.. id love to get a 40, would that have to be imported??
Also the steering motor is a 2 wire Bit motor and can be changed.. like the hook/claw motor on the Brutes.
Ill be taking my Xtrek back to TRU tonight

OK so if there is power to those strips when it is turned on then, instead of running lights I wonder if you could add another 2.4v by attaching batteries to the strips.(its a crazy idea-I'm sorry)
Has anyone else noticed that the steering motor is NOT the same length as a bit motor, 9.90mm long as compared to a bit motor at 12.52 just measuring the cans and endbell not including the shaft.

Did you take the motor out of the steering box when you measured it?

No I did not take the motor out of the steering box.
I do have the steering box out of the chassis and can see the bottom side of the steering box which shows the whole length of the motor.
Its not really a big deal I was just wondering if anyone else had noticed it.The motor diameters are the same at 6.03 mm.
