woah!! first test run and this thing flys!! gets good grip, and high top speed probably due to larger tires.. only problem is steering. i need stronger magnets, and a stronger steering spring.

It holds good, its just too liquidy, and takes a super long time to dry

humm must be something with the air. mine is liquidy, which is what i like about it. but mine drys instantly.. if you want to speed up drying. get some insta-set spray. they should have it at your local hobby store. if not tower hobbys has it.. i originally got it for my maxi-cure which is thicker and can fill gaps and stuff. once sprayed it the cure time is about 2-3 seconds.

Spanky, the PT crewzer in the background of one of your pics! Where are those springs available?! They might be cool for my dual motor car!

they are to big for bits. your best bet for springs is to check out slot car springs.. there are several sizes. and they are not magnetic...

progress report:
part 1:
initial bodys were desigend for the raised chasis. and would still work great for a lifted bit. however the sides of the truck are to narrow to slide over the chassis...
part 2:
i chopped one of the resin bodys down the middle to make it wider so it would drop down on the chassis. everything was fitting perfect.. till i tried to mount on the tabs. the body is somehow magicly shorteded by 2mm... so the body will slide down to the mounting tabs now...
part 3:
Hammer Time!!! you guessed it, frustration set in with that resin body. so ive just poured another body and i now know what mods need to be made befor the next cast is made. slightly wideer and slightly longer...
thoughts:
i just hope i auctually get this finished befor tomy comes out with one... lol however my zip zap woody is coming along great. external detail is about 98% finished. mounting tabs are also about 85% finished. i think i am going to smooth out the wooden detail on the sides so that its easier to apply wood texture decals.
