LMFAO!!! That car is NOT slow. Do you even know what these cars run???

You're looking at a 500hp (power restriction) Skyline GT-R with the V6 engine swapped in from the new Infiniti Q35/Nissan 350Z, turbocharged! That car is slammed to the ground and has massive wing for some of the hardcore twisties on Japan's tracks. More wing == more downforce for turn == faster turn.

Im talking skylines you see in import mags and such... I agree that calsonic looks great (The Penzoil is my favorite however I think the yellow and black looks nice.. Same with the C5R vettes.<G>) I think you understand what I mean on the whole ricer bit though lol.

The only Skylines that I've seen in import mags were tuner-shop owned Skylines that are used for amateur racing. They cover the car with their product so they can sell their product.. Other than that I've only seen the Skyline from the guy who owned the Supra in Fast and the Furious (I forgot the idiot's name), and a couple in a Motorex advertisement..

But as far as 'rice' in general goes, yeah, I hear ya. I'm anti-rice, pro-race.

Unless you're building a car specifically for show (because you want to win show awards) then there's no point in bodykits, spoilers, etc, etc. As long as somebody understands altezzas are not going to make their car go faster, then that's fine.

who ever said that the Calsonic Skyline was slow is a big F****** idiot!!!!!
Skylines STOCK produce about 400 to 500HP STOCK! these cars are nissans TOP OF THE LINE VEHICLES! in all the JGTC usually the wining cars are either a Supra or a skyline. The Xanavi skyline, Penzoil, Calsonic, Falken skyline, Loctite skylines are some of the fastest cars i have seen in my life! the power of AWD is beautiful! the control is amazing! Just to make NorCalCoug's spoiler explinations short...... RACE CARS NEED SPOILERS TO STAY ON THE DAMN GROUND!!!!!!!!! JEZZ!

BTW....

In the article 'Obsessive/Compulsive' in the October Issue of Super Street Mag, I feel that Craig's abomination of the Blackbird R34 GT-r is a disgrace to the GT-R Badge and MotoRex's efforts in creating the Blackbird and flush them down the toilet and create the king of all rice rockets.
WHy did Craig add an array of stickers to degrade its outward appearance? I mean NOPI? whats up with that? Since when does NOPI make parts for the Skyline? what the hell is going through his mind when placing these stickers on a car that commands such respect and prestige? I dont even think i wnat to know. Oh, and whats with the wanna-be Signal Auto stripe sticker across the sides of the car? if i were Signal i would be embarrased to see that thing on this car.
And heres a question for you: How many bottles of nitrious oxide does it take to make a skyline GT-R fast? well fpr those of you that are clueless, the answer is, NONE!, I dont know about you, but i think htat he addition of three or four bottles that Craig threw in there is a slap in the face to hte RB26DETT's ability to create its own power. As you may have already seen, people who noe what the hell they are doing have been able to get over 900hp from this engine fairly consistently without the use of NOS. And whats wiht the K&N Intake? And a Veilside shift knob? Of all of the parts Veilside makes, you chose to use the shift Knob?
Godd thing there wasnt any shots of the reaer of the car, because if i would have seen a set of Altezza lights on the back, i would have shot in in hte face. I find it sad that this car will be many people's representation of the Skyline GT-R due to its starring role in "The Fast And Furious II". Craig you are a MORON!

god, not the fast and the furious 2.... jesus they are going to ruin the image of the skyline imo. Kind of like what they did with the supra, now everyone who saw that movie want's a god damn supra.... just because they saw it in a movie with a dumb body kit and funny batman character on the side. Dear god if they inlcude a skyline hopefully they won't make it a main role cause then they will dress it up with dumb stickers. I like how the skyline looks already, why mess with perfection?

Henry, in response to your question about few rx7s in jgtc, they have them just they run in the gt300 class rather than in the gt500 where the skylines, supras, and nsxs are very common. I don't think they have any in the gt500 to my knowledge, and i think the gt500 gets more publicity (gran turismo anyone?)

yep i play gt3, love it alot

. but i just dont get y a car as fast as a supra,skyline,nsx, should be in a low class race. and in gt3 the rx-7 is called the lm racer, and its faster then the jtgc somehow.
