o yeah I was experamenting with fiberoptics tonight and they wont work with the kind I have I used real fiber optic cable expensive and cut it u to remove the glass core the part that transfurs light and its tiny you would need tons of them and very bright leds because they are ment for lazers which is what I tried it with
if you used the party light kind that might have better resuts maby QFM had my results and thats why they havent done anything with it yet

if you want that paintbrush tube to give off more light, and be brighter in general, Cut slits in them, like, cut a slit every milimeter or somthing

think about the BMW angel eyes, they are glass rods with slits in them

thats so cool I've never seen those before but I dont think that would help with brightness for me the tubes i am using are hollow those are solid the slits for me would just change the apearence and it doesnt matter for underbody lights i may just do them the way everyone else does.
