3.0 rules it starts as good as my 1.0 on carpet and it flies on hard floor! I don't know if you all got duds but mine rules! I don't have dual cell yet.

I agree with Racer9...

I love the 3.0 (red cap) that I bought from tiny... I run it in a 2-speed car with green gears and it's great. I also love the Formula 34 motor. Just don't get the BitMod1 3.5... better yet, don't get three BitMod1 3.5s.

im happy with my crappy clone motor.[bs] it is a 12.9 motor[/bs]

actually if an rspec is about a "3.8" or whatever it is about a 3.2 or so but it has a lot more torque than the rspec.

again x.x motor ratings is totally misleading.

one more apology..

After running the replacement 3.5 from BitMod1, I would recommend that motor for sure. I started with three bad ones in the same shipment, so I figured they sucked, then I dissed the motors and BitMod... I shouldn't have been so harsh and, for that, I am sorry.

God, I feel so much better... it's like... my soul has been cleansed... neat.

My new Perfection 3.8's will pull wheelies with my skyline and orange gears.. Of course you have to go backward then forward but it wheelies just like my dual cell does..

None of my other 3.8's have done that yet!!

"super racing" clones will do that stock. they are horrible but they will do that. if you epoxy your rear axle in it will ride the wheelie.

nope. they usually come with good motors tho. they cant steer very well usually.

my dual cell with my pink clone motor and pullback wheels will probably crush you tho.

My issue with my Dual Cell is that it seems to pull one way and spins out on my wood floors when I accelerate. What would the pullback wheels and tires do for me? How can I make the dual cell drive on wood floors? It seems to drive outside ok but really never goes straight. I am going to add another spring for the steering and try some other things. I already have good sticky tires on the rear and some harder ones on the front.

Also last night I took the dual battery out of the 18 wheeler bit I have and removed the pcb from my tomy and the dual cells mount inside the case. I am hoping that will help with the center of gravity and maybe will even give me the room to drop the other 2 cell's in from my other 18 wheeler to make a 4 cell bit.

sounds like your non drive wheel is slipping off the axle. thatl keep you from going straight.

ive found that my cars go better on wood floors in reverse.

pullback wheels are wider and stickier than stock.

So do I need to epoxy the wheels to the axels? Also I have found that it goes better in reverse too.

Also on the pullback wheels and tires do I do front and rear or just rear? I am sure I will have to open the wheel wells but what else?

i did front and back but the front wheels dont really improve performance but it looks silly with mismatched rims.

ya jbweld is 3 or 4 bucks and a little bit inbetween the axle and the wheel will keep it nice and solid. let it sit overnight.

I already have JB Weld and will do that tonight. So I guess next I am ordering 2 pullbacks so I can do two full cars.

With the Jb Weld... All I do is bond the wheels to the axel? Do I need to remove the wheels or just stick it around the wheels and axel?
