Yea, it was a stock WRX shell. I'm gonna try to make some sort of a body kit walkthrough site or something to show people that have questions on this kinda stuff how to make one.

Argh! minor set back... I was puttin on the decals, and I messed up on one of them, so I took it off, and some of the paint came with it . I'll just have to let everything set over night, go at it with some sandpaper (there's nothing a little sandpaper can't fix!), and redo that last coat. I hate it when stuff like this happens, but it's all part of the hobbie...

Oh, sorry for not answering ur ?'s in the last post...
@ evileric:
I'll explain how I did everything once I'm finished, hopefully that'll be sometime 2maro.
@ xatu:
I was thinking of using some plastic wrap for the window, otherwise I'll just leave them out- makes up for the extra weight added by the putty!
P.S. I'm working on another (better) WRX, this one's gonna be a secret until it's finished, that'll probably be sometime next week.

I say just leave em like they are. Nothing in em. I am hoping to get a subaru body soon... It's just I don't know if I can get it for free... I'll try though! I love the subaru's! They looks so awesome.

See, I would leave them alone, only I already have a stock one, so why leave the others stock when I can mod them!

Thanks Impreza WR reX!
Excellent job! Can't wait to see it finished. Don't rush it though!
I wanted to make a WRC WRX too. But I'm not so good with the putty. I did the ZZ wheel mod too, same rims!
I'f it's not too late... I found paint that closely matches the Rally Blue Pearl of the real WRX's. And it dries quick too.
It's Testor's Model Master Acryl "True Blue Pearl".
Hey, I got an idea...
If you make me a WRC WRX like yours (unpainted), I'll paint one of your bodies. E-mail me if you're interested.

Hey Drive!
I used that exact paint, only the enamel- the car was under lots of sunlight when I took the picture, so it's actually a little darker than the picture.
