Thanks...I'll send it out tomorrow morning..

We are not all that far away..I'm just outside of Dayton..

Tiny wants me to send it his way but I'm thinking he will just be going through you so I will ship it to you...

Padded envelope good enough?

Motor Sent

Ok...Kyle..

Sent the motor away a couple of hours ago, you should have it middle of next week.

Just a quick question....actually two..

Still wondering about the motor break in..

Secondly...I sent you back the pink motor and just realized they were not marked from Tiny. I recieved a dark blue and a pink motor on Tuesday...I'm not sure which is the r-spec and which is the 3.8...I'm thinking the pink is the R-Spec..the one I sent back..

Let me know if I am right or not..

Thanks

Ok...well then...looks as though I was wrong about the r-spec...the pink one seemed so much faster than the dark blue...

well, need to do a few laps with the blue (r-spec) and post my opinions...

Both are fast...

still smoking the neighbor kids....

Ok...

the setup..

Microsizer Lancer..
Medium tires..
150MahNiMH
8.25 gears
R-Spec motor

Not done the Range PCB Mod yet..but still getting about 15 feet..

Seems faster than the 3.8. I'm giving everyone a 3 foot head start and blowing by them at 8 feet and winning by 6 feet the length of my kitchen (about 18 feet) before slamming into whatever is there.

The trouble now is controling it..at speed you had better not touch the turning control..

The fastest car until now was a Motorworks clone with a white motor (I think a 3.2 motor)...The motorworks if fast because it seems to have larger wheels in the back and a quick motor..

BUT NO MORE...

I realize this is nothing compaired to the 2cell mods and the like, but am getting there. My two cell attempt ended up creating a parts car....A Microsizer HS2000

Wow..

My R-Spec just stopped working....will run very slow if you move the wheels...I can't believe this..all my other motors work fine in the same cars..

$22.00 worth of motor's...Less than four days...the 3.8 on its way back and the other (the r-spec) craps out...won't even start by itself without the gears on it..Tried it in two cars..

WOW....I don't know what to say....

takumi_drifto,

That's not typical for a 3.8. There must be something wrong with it. You can send it back to me and I'll send you a new one. Send it to:

Kyle Clemmons
P.O. Box 244
Brownsville, KY 42210

I'll test it to see what the problem could be, and I'll send you a new one as soon as it arrives.

BabyKiller,

You returned the motor in a box that the Post Office wouldn't place in my P.O. Box, and they asked me to come in during business hours to pick it up. Because I have a full time job located 30 miles from the Post Office, I had to wait until the weekend to pick up your package. The motor was shipped out to you and it should arrive within the next few days. Sorry for the delay, but I got it out to you as fast as I could.

My 3.8 died today, it just crawls. I used this motor seldomly, because it's just too fast for my track
I recieved a 3.8 perfection motor from toyeast and I broke out the bit char g motor to do some comparisons. The thing died on the first run.
Anyway, I was wondering if it's still possible to get a replacement? I bought the motor like a month or two ago.
