1. solder a wire to the "3" part of the switch
a. then solder that wire to the positive side of the SECOND bat.

2. last step.
a. solder another wire to the "1" part of the switch
b. then solder that wire to the negitive side of the SECOND bat.

finished

****last check******
-make sure none of the wires on the switch are touching.
-when you put the switch near "1" and "2", it should be normal.
-when you put the switch near "2" and "3", it should be dounle battery mode.

you can use a micro slide switch found at any rs. used all the time in led mods. (sticking out the rear window)

the switch just feets between the body and the car... and it doesnt affect anything...

charles, i found the switchs ona peg board in rs. they have since rearranged all the rs stores...so i'm not sure. they cam in a pack of two or more...

Well.. i bought it for 10 cents in a shop, were a dude repairs TV and audio stuff... I got 5 of them, and thats the last one on the pic.. my friends insisted on having a switch like that
