the info is somewhere on this forum, as i remember, you purchase the pellican glow in the dark controller from r.s. and use the glow in the dark feature as neons, they run off low voltage (inverter) so they can me spliced into the excisting comand logic light kit

Here is a pic of what ive done so far. It has the supra side skirts and the supra wing. I cut down a skyline rear bumper and put it on (had to cut out a section and glue it cause it was way to wide. LOL. Im gonna add dual exhaust like yours if you dont mind. Whatcha think SKKLOWN???????? What else do I need?

Ok. Issues.
Despite your intent to make it a ricer, which you did thoroughly, it's still got some ugly besides its fanboy inffluence.
- Clean it. Don't leave the decals on there with all that excessive outer plastic, or if you absolutely have to, clean, dust, and de-static the plastic you're putting them on so they're not as milky.
- Get it together. The mufflers appear to be a tight fit (that's snug, not tItE, like you may find pop-culture entusiasts using), but the lights all around look like you sat them in there to be properly positioned and glued in later. Put them all the way in, so they at least look like you gave it some work. Which I'm sure you did. The majority of the stickers aren't either congruent to their symmetrical counterparts on the other side of the car, and/or not level with the ground or whichever body countour you matched them to. Your license plate is peeling, as well. Or is that the tape you adhered it with?
- Good lord. Just take the spoiler off. Really - take it off, send it through a lawn mower, and then melt whatever's left. There's a distinguishable difference between rice and a genuine eyesore. If you've got a deep emotional attachment to it, at least clear off whatever that gunk on either side of the mounts is - it looks like you soldered it onto the body.
You sure have all the parts you'll ever need for a ricer, but that's not what it is yet. Looks like it's still just a toy with stuff you physically tossed onto it.

Dont get discouraged skklown. Theres got to be at least one "ALL KNOWING" critic in each thread. Its unavoidable. Just because they think they are Perfect, They think everyone elses projects should be perfect. Most of Joey's posts are criticle and have negative comments in them. On a good note for him, He does seem to know most of what he is talking about. The majority of the posts in here are in favour of your "RICER", as I am. I think it is "FUN", "FUNNY" and "OVER THE TOP". Its great. If everyone in this forum was as criticle as Joey, This forum would be a flop. If many more act like that, I, as many others, will go elseware. So, keep up the good work and most of all....Be proud of whatever you accomplish even if its not "perfect".

So I have to explain myself again.
Your car will never look better because someone told you it was teh p1mp. That's not help. I think I was the only person to give you an honest rundown of what I thought of the thing, apart from a twelve-word post as vague as that 'pimp' thing I mentioned. If you'd like to take offense at one person's opinion, then you go right on ahead. If I'm the only one on these forums who doesn't like it, fine. Let that ruin your day and your attitude, it's not going to bother me.
Yeah, I'm critical. Oh! Look! I corrected someone's spelling! I guess I'm a terrible person...good thing there aren't more people like me, otherwise TinyRC.com would be a flop! Being complimentary at the expense of honesty is hardly a virtue.
So, basically, no opinions or suggestions unless I love the car more than life itself. Got it. Next time I think you should change something, I'll keep it to myself. And I didn't mean that to be spiteful; I'll just not say anything specific. Maybe then you won't flip out.
I don't recall saying a single word about Aisa or Asians, which is probably because I didn't. Datz alL y00, d4wG.

hey not all of us can spend 30 hours on a r.c. car, we have lives too you know! maybee if you got one youd be a little more compashionate towards others. i like skklowns ricer because its unique, its very custom, he didnt just paint his car purpleish red and call it a day, he made a wing, put logos and a ton other body mods, i commend him for actually showing off his hard work, now please if you have any objections to my post do not waste space on skklowns forum, email me... btw i dont want the uptight moderators shutting down this forum when it belongs to skklown
btw skklown you car is PIMP

not a prob, ive been lurking this site ffor about 4 monthes and never posted, all i saw were jerks picking on kids who are tryin their best,
btw with you neon dilema the controller neon mod turns out like that
p.s. i currently have blue neons on my mountain bike (off subject i know) and they run decently off the 9volts ive wired up for them (2 9 volts in parralel for more run time) but i was wondering if they could handle 18 volts of power? (2 9volts in series) runtime isnt an issue because my previous setup lasted all summer.. btw the neons are an "interior neon kit" which is basicly EL wire, and a blue strobe light from the shack "FaF selection" so could they handel 18V over their recomended 12?
pelican neons.. http://www.geocities.com/jeromebrill/neons.html
