the run trick is to take your car, flip it over and use a ruber band to hold down the trigger on the remote. now just let it run for about 5-10 mins

Take the bevel gear out if you want get real technical. That allows the motor to spin with little resistance. Run forward for 5 to 10 minutes then do it in reverse for another 5 or 10 minutes.

thew whole run for 10 mins thing is just to round off the gear and make it run smoother and quieter... a great idea imo!

Tip- always take out your batteries
Reason- If you remove your crystal without removing your batteries you run teh risk of frying your electronics...

Tip- use the black rubber peices that come with your car on teh axels to hold the tire on tighter
Reason- it will keep your wheels looking better, in some extreme cases you will notice paint chipping off from there being so much slack...

Tip- find a small carrying case for your spare parts as it will make them easier to keep track of...
Reason- in tip!

This isnt really a tip but, after every time you run your XMOD wipe the tires, chassis and tires with a damp cloth. This will get rid of any dust or rocks in your XMOD.
