Take the bevel gear out if you want get real technical. That allows the motor to spin with little resistance. Run forward for 5 to 10 minutes then do it in reverse for another 5 or 10 minutes.

my motor cuts off after about 3 min of constantly running upsidedown

everytime u got to take the battery packs off the chasie remove the batteries so they wont break the wires and screw u over like it did to me (for the 5th time)

thew whole run for 10 mins thing is just to round off the gear and make it run smoother and quieter... a great idea imo!
Tip- always take out your batteries
Reason- If you remove your crystal without removing your batteries you run teh risk of frying your electronics...
Tip- use the black rubber peices that come with your car on teh axels to hold the tire on tighter
Reason- it will keep your wheels looking better, in some extreme cases you will notice paint chipping off from there being so much slack...
Tip- find a small carrying case for your spare parts as it will make them easier to keep track of...
Reason- in tip!

Speak of the devil, this just happend to me 20 mins ago... now im going to order a whole new pcb/transmitterboard, and servo assy from the 1-800 number.. ill post pics as i do it...

This isnt really a tip but, after every time you run your XMOD wipe the tires, chassis and tires with a damp cloth. This will get rid of any dust or rocks in your XMOD.
