Jeez, you are REALLY pushing that post count ain't ya? I've gotten 10-15 email notices of new posts in threads I'm subscribed to and they are all yours. This last couple really takes the cake. Come on, is having a huge number of posts more important than actually contributing something useful to the discussion? Please calm down, forget about having more posts than the next kid, and wait until you have something pertinent to add to a thread. Sorry, I usually let this stuff go, but this is getting annoying.

Being banned means you're no longer welcome on the Forums because you couldn't adhere to our already pretty lenient rules.

Why did you think going around the ban and creating another account would all of a sudden erase your offenses? As a matter of fact this only DECREASES your chances of having your original account unbanned.

Since this will probabvly stick around in this thread for awhile, I have some comments. First, don't make counting posts a game you HAVE to win. It's not the reason for the forum. Second, if you get banned, don't immediately create a new account to get around it. Email Namuna and plead your case. He's very fair and will most likely give you a second chance if your offenses warrant it. Going around the ban is like disregarding his authority and that's a sure way to get the boot again. And lastly, this person was booted for excessive posting to bump his post count. He then goes around the ban and makes a new account promising not to do that anymore. Then, he posts 73 times in less than 24 hours. Most of which are one liners and replies to his own posts. So, basically, he got banned for playing the post count game, got around the ban and came back, and then started doing it all over again. I mean come on, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see his time was limited.
And I agree with Namuna. This forum is very lenient and allows many things that other forums don't. It takes a lot to get banned here. This guys actions show just how far the mods are willing to let stuff go. But, it also shows they have limits and are serious about them. This is basic stuff here folks.
[edit] Jeez, this kid is unreal. Now he comes back on as Matrix (like Namuna can't tell that) and posts 12 times in less than 15 minutes. Come on man, how many times we gonna do this? Lincoln, I don't envy you your job sometimes.

Ok...I'm really sorry because laughing at this guy would be somewhat hypocritical considering my past but I just have to.

If you want to come back 1. DONT MAKE IT SO OBVIOUS ITS YOU! 2. Be a good boy...Play it smooth for a few weeks...Prove you woun't re-do what you got banned for...Then if you still want you can admit its you but I'm not sure I should advise that

Thats what I did...To be honest the second time I got banned I think it was because Namuna was in a bad mood that day & a combo of me making fun of the way people talk so...yeah...lol

I proved to him I'm a good boy now & I got to stay

Edit: I'm suprized I didn't get banned that fast looking back @ how bad I was as G.B.....To be honest I didn't think 6 months would make a whole lot of difference in me...I think its because I went on a diet...started combing my hair out of my eyes & got involved in stuff that helped me lift the focus off the fact that life sucks & now it doesn't suck (as bad) Its honestly really weird...Its like I'm a whole new person (or I just got a whole helluva lot more mature...lol)

This is not good advice. Never pretend to be someone else to get around a ban. The mods can tell. And I wouldn't suggest playing it smooth for a little while. How about just being considerate and following the rules ALL of the time? You may think you got away with something, but believe me, the mods aren't that gullable.

I seriously doubt that. If these comments are what you really believe then you haven't learned anything. One of the main purposes of life is to learn lessons from your mistakes and build your character. Finding slick ways around it and feeling proud of it is only cheating yourself. Finding joy in the misery of others is a form of cruelty and seems to be another one of those lessons you have missed. Wake up man, life is way to short to sguander it all on deception and ill will.

Prove: To establish the truth or validity of by presentation of argument or evidence. or To turn out well; succeed.

I ment the second one there...I know it sounded a bit like I was telling him to be good for a bit & just go back 2 normal but thats not what I tried to say...

Yea but when I was G.B I was a real %&$!#%$! & I only said something minor...Even though yes I did break a fourm rule I didn't think that the offence was big enough to get banned. Well its ok because I don't hold that against Namuna any more & hopefully I'm on good terms with him. Its cool with me because I realised hes only doing what his job is to do

I've watched Namuna's moderating technique for awhile now. He doesn't ban because of one incident. He watches the overall behavior pattern of the individual involved. He warns a couple of times, then the axe falls. This is the fair way to do anything. Life is not black and white and rules can't be followed as if it is. You may think that last incident was the only reason for your being banned, but I assure you it wasn't.
And, I'd like to add that this is the main reason this forum is prefered by more members than any other at this point. This may seem off topic to this thread, but it is the core of the difference. We are discussing forum rules, behavior, and moderator actions. And it stays put! My compliments to the administration.
