www.batteriesamerica.com has them somewhere. only the really small one would fit and im not sure that it would fit well under a body. 7.4v would severly overheat your pcb and motor. something would give eventually.

remember one 3.7v 150mah lipo battery weights 4grams.
a 1.2v 50mah tomy battery weighs 3 grams. a dual cell weighs six grams and a tricell(3.6v) weighs over twice as much as one of these. i seriously doubt you will be able to control them with that much power and lack of traction.

they are running 7.4v? maybe for drag racing with the steering glued in.

with two of em? or just one? as far as ive seen they are all 3.7v. thats gona be way too much power already. two of those is askin for a meltdown.
