http://www.tinyrc.com/forums/showthr...&pagenumber=17 Its the "jade assassin" in metalic jade green. It turned out wonderfull. Lots of compliments on it. It was also my first attempt. I guess I got lucky. The key here is patience, 2 light coats of primer and 2 light coats of color coat. LET EACH COAT DRY COMPLETELY BEFORE THE NEXT COAT. hope fully this helps. Also, dont get the can too close to the car or it will run and pool. Especially if there isnt a primer base.
Just my 2 cents worth. Cant wait to see it when its done.

I'm glad yours came out so good. It looks great. You definetely have to be patient with that paint, and primer as well. I did it without primer, because everyone on the forums seemed to be saying that primer is unnecessary so I gave it a whirl. At the hobby shop they didn't have any testor's primer so I decided to roll without it. I redid my civic after I sanded it in Krylon and it came out better. Much easier to work with as well.

Yep, it's Krylon fusion burgundy done by myself. I initially wanted to keep the body as a show body because it looked pretty good and I ordered a new stock body, but I didn't want to not drive my Xmod for the time it took for the stock body to get here. The body has taken some damage so it doesn't look as great. I am thinking of sanding and redoing it (or selling/trading it). I got rid of the rims though, I have others that I can paint white to go with the repainted body (if i ever decide to redo it). I currently have a supra body that i got used from RS that I use and the burgundy body sits there. I haven't been as into Xmod body customization as I was, because I have recently acquired 3 ZZ SEs. Whenever the new Xmods come out I am definetely going to get back in.
