Well this is a very intersting concept and looks like it would work. The only problems is that it is all in japanese. Can anyone translate it or have a program that i can enter the text in and will translate it for me? If someone can i will try and mod on my bit and tell everyone how it works etc..
You can always install a new language kit to your OS. I have seen free kits online.
