Drift Axle set is a setup which lets you have almost no lateral traction on the rear-end. So the car can donut like you wouldn't believe, but can still accelerate pretty well. (Lack of lateral traction at rear axle results in Oversteer) Combine that with some really hard front tires and you can 'drift' corners. It's gonna take some practice to really get good at doing it; but when you do, it looks wicked.
If I remember correctly, with the suspension bars, the fewer holes in the bar the less it lets the steering nuckles move up and down. And the more/larger holes let it move more. (think like anti-sway bars: the harder it is the more it resists the weight transfer to the outside wheel)
