21 March 1960 - 1 May 1994

This year is the 10th aniversary of Senna's fatal crash on the 7th lap of the Imola Grand Prix. Please remember this legendary man next time you watch a race of any kind. This years race at Imola is on the 25 April.

Senna was incredible.

I didn't get to see him race much, but I've caught some of his races on speed classic. Just amazing.

Did you see F1 Decade? They had some good coverage of the event and people's reactions. What made me sad is that Senna had a little flag he was planning on waving when he won, for his fallen friend Ratzenberger (sp?) who also had a fatal accident that weekend. Also Barrichello had an incredible accident that weekend but escaped with his life.
