Question about interchanging bodies

I assume that it's possible to interchange bodies (the current ones:civic,rsx,skyline,supra) to some extent since they all use the same chassis? I know that between one or two of them there is the problem of the tabs being different sizes, but can anyone tell me which can be interchanged w/out modification? More specifically, which bodies can be placed on the rsx?

any if you swap the clip and the center drive shaft with it and lengthen the wheelbase of the rsx chassis
