A Different Calsonic Skyline
OK, I tried to think what to do with a clear LXX Skyline body that came with my Booster Kit.
After seeing some Calsonic decals on Ebay and a couple of months of debate I finally decided to paint it.
I ordered the decals for the black Calsonic from Supercruza on ebay and painted the car a Metallic British Racing Green. Nice and dark, I was hoping the decals would look nice on them.
I guess you know what happened when the decals arrived, they are great decals but the backgound on them is Black. My mind when into problem solving mode.
I decided to use the decals. I started by cutting the decals as close as i dared to the lettering. I was going to make it look like the lettering was outlined in black.
This is how it finished up. Tell me what you think.

Nice alternate color scheme. What shade of green is that?

It's a nice color for the scheme.
