Heatsink! Please HELP

I think I have misplaced my heatsink somewhere. Anyways I am using a 30,000rpm motor (8 teeth) without a metal heatsink. Will this overheat my car if I use it for about a 15 minute run?

it shouldn't, those heatsinks aren't that great anyway, i would suggest buying one of the mini-z heatsinks

Yeah, the heatsink really doesn't do much, I'm running the red stage2 motor in my Civic for like two weeks w/out it. Even after 30 mins of continuous use the motor does not get too hot.

for those of you who have them if you put some thermal grease between the heatsink and the motor will that help?
