Help with head/tail light installation

Hello, im a n00b and I just got myselft a toyota supra tomy bit char-g. Im planning to put in head light and tail light. Here is what I want to do.

Im not sure what size or what kind of light to get, please let me know if you know. I want the one that use least battery power

2x white superbright led for headlight
3x red superbright led for tail light
I want a to use a different battery source
I want a switch (if possible to turn off all light when I dont want to use them)
I want the light to link to the car pcb so as I press forward, light on, when I press backward, tail light on. Is it possible to make the light dim when in stop possition? Or make signal light (blinking would be great)? If anyone can show me a diagram or instruction how to make this, please help. Please be as details as possible.

I've already read about most of everything but I can't find any decent instruction to make a light with alt. battery source and be able to fucntion like above. I have a supra so Mike's Ultimate Light mod won't fit in mine and it cost $49 + s/h to ship to the USA, its too much for me.
