Best Lightest LED MOD!
This is how I did my LED foglights for my Honda S2000!
I purchased some blue SMD LEDS (surface mount, these are tiny, weight next to nothing and are used in mobile phones mainly).
1. I cut the foglight holes out from my shell, placed the SMD LEDS in the holes
2.Held them in place with blue-tak
3.Soldered the enamelled wire to the SMD LEDS, and wired them in parallel to a small 3V Lithium cell.
ENAMELLED WIRE MUST HAVE THE ENAMEL TAKEN OFF THE ENDS BEFORE IT WILL MAKE A GOOD JOINT, OTHERWISE U MAY FIND 1 LED IS SLIGHTLTY DULLER THAN THE OTHER!
THERE U GO, LIGHTWEIGHT LED FOGS!
THE HEAVIEST THING IS THE SMALL LITHIUM CELL, BUT U CAN WIRE IT TO THE CAR BATTERY INSTEAD IF U WANT.
