Thank You for making April an INCREDIBLE MONTH at xmodSpeed.com!
We have have almost seen a triple increase in sales over the last month. For those of you that placed orders, you noticed the delay because we cannot simply built the parts fast enough to meet the demands! We appreciate everyone's patience as we get the remainder of the backlogged orders out the door. As of today, we are still waiting on 'R-Tune' motors and Aluminum Cup Joints.
How are we going to solve this from happening again? Well, we have hired a part-time technician to help make some parts since we cannot keep up by ourselves. We are also introducing a new payment system this month yet. This new system will allow customers to see if the parts they want are in stock and if not, when they are estimated to be ready to ship. You will also have the ability to track your order from the day you place it until it arrives at your door. We will also have a 1-800 number for you to call if you have any billing questions or concerns.
Again, we want to thank you, our loyal customers for bearing with us through these "growing pains". We are continually changing how things work here to better handle the customer's needs.
