good idea for custom body and light weight bodies!!!

i used to build balsa wood airplanes and stuff for a science program and i though about making a body out of these big pieces of balsa wood about 4 1/2 by 4 1/2 inches by like any length it is incredibly light this is a big project as these types of pieces cost a fair amount of money and you would have to completly carve th body out of the wood with like a razor and sand paper but it is for people that are after crazy speed but still want looks too by the way im going to try this on a new xmod im getting wich will be my second and once i get my pay check also anybody else tell me what you think and if your going to try it and stuff ya know whatever it sounds good and a big project it will be fun
