Carpet hairs stuck inside front wheel

I got a bunch of carpet hairs stuck inside my front right wheel. As a result, the wheel doesn't spin nearly enough and the car pulls to the right no matter how many steering/alignment adjustments I make. I have tried to clean the area with a razor blade and a probe, but the wheel is still pretty much stuck. Will lithium grease or some other sort of lubricant fix this problem, or not?

I searched to see if this sort of thing has been asked before. Sorry if it's a repost.
