Buying one soon

I am going to buy a Skyline XMod this week and I was wondering what would be the best upgrades (at first) for me. Mostly will use it in the house and on concrete. (smooth) I won't be racing either, except the cat.

Plus is there anyone besides BC that is close to my age? (33)
