Nitros Bottle Racers

I was at Wal-Mart today and saw a mini RC in a small nitros bottle. The kicker is, this thing is tiny. The bottle says it is true 1:64 scale but it seems a lot smaller than that. From what I was able to see of the guts, it looked to be entirely PCB but who knows without buying one and ripping it apart. I think the price was $18 btw. Anyone have one of their own or seen them?
