can we have a def. answer..best mod that keeps reverse??

without reverse they are quick .with reverse they suck (for speed anyways).there must be a way to make then quick with out switching boards or adding another battery ..so many threads..i was wondering if we have a deciding answer ? thanks.

i can't really say whether or not the zz is fast(er) or slow(er) than other mini-rc cars, as i only own the zz line...

but i think your question is relative:

- some folks like touring control and Le-Mans type racing (or just pulling loops on a large floor)

- other folks like drag racing the cars

many of the mods seem aimed at achieving that perfect balance of speed and control, but honestly, there's only so much you can do for such little, lightweight cars?

i find my zz cars to be more than speedy enough, but then that's perhaps i derive more fun from the ability to accurately manuever the cars...

of course, it would be great to see the no-reverse mod enabled/disabled using a mobo pin switch - want control and reverse? set the switch one way... want lots of speed but no reverse? set the switch another way...

i'm looking for a mini-DIP switch to insert into a cut hole in the bottom of the carriage... this could be use to control lighting, charging, speed, battery use, etc., as there are typically 4-8 switches in a DIP...
