Alternates for PCB cover
Recently, I just lowered the front tab of the chassis where the body is supposed to lock into thanks to Killboy's suggestion. Problem is that when I try to fit my RX-7 body, it clashed with the PCB cover. It wouldn't go a mm further so that it could meet with the tab thus I removed the PCB plastic cover and it will fit. Currently, I would like to know about some alternate ideas for a cover, preferably short enough to mount the body on the lowered chassis. For now, I'm using a type of laboratory masking film called Parafilm to secure the board from jumping up and down.

Parafilm sounds like a great solution! Maybe try heat shrink tubing around the whole center section? Or just good old electrical tape...
