Bitmod motor gone bad!!

I can't believe it!! I just put this thing in a couple of hours ago and it's already gone bad!

It was working great. i learned how to rollover and keep going. Then suddenly my car just stopped. If i nudged it, it'd move like half an inch then stop again. i picked it up and same problem. thought it was dead battery. Charged it again, still same problem. took off the wheels and gears and still same problem!!!

I took my second Bitmod 3.5 and put it in. runs fine, although not as fast as the previous one. I'm not happy at all. Took frickin forever to come in and now one of them is bad already.

Is there anything i'm doing wrong? I'm gonna contact bitmod and see what's up.

It's super hard to test every single motor that's produced before they go out.. This is a new motor, and you basically a guinnea pig doing testing for them. Contact the place where you bought it, and if they stand behind their product you're safe. Try that and let us know and thanks for the info....

ok Bitmod said send it back and he'll replace it. No questions asked. So we'll see what happens.

I just got mine in too, di dyou do the burn in test he has on his site? He said that was only for the older motors, but I did it mine when I got it anyway. Its still running strong, I have it on the 12:1 gears. Torquen it up

I ordered 3 of those motors. I broke all of them in before using. The first just died on me but was really fast when it worked. The second one was slow and is getting slower by the run. The third one is still in the package. I am going to see if i can return them for my money, then I can buy some more r spec motors, they rule.
All motors were used for less than an hour before I had problems.
