Anyone mass producing braces for the front or the back?
Either light weight metal or carbon fiber would be great!!
I know there are people selling them on E-Bay, but they are getting ridiculous prices for them...Sometimes I wish I had a machining shop available to me, but my skills are limited to the freakin Dremel.
I was hoping someone would take this mod on and follow the footsteps of Sluggbugg and offer them at reasonable prices.
I typed in carbon fiber on a search engine and ended up with a lot of choices. These ebay people are buying sheet for 30 to 75 dollars and cutting out a couple of peices and making money. It looks like you could get ten or more peices per sheet and I think you could probably use a dremel to cut it out.
If you want to fab. your own, check out Dragon Plate. A 5.75 by 5.75 by 1/16 inche peice is $17.38, thats enough to do front and back decks, and a chassis.
