just so everyone knows, tiny already has the right size batteries in the shop.
i'll start
1. micro single and double pin connectors similar to the ones mentioned in this post
2. an am rx similar in size to this gws fm rx
3. micro screws/nuts/washers similar to these
4. i found a guy that will sell me the following for $123.00
2 - BP101 Plain Bearing - JR/Hitec (PICO STD)
1 - GWS R4P Receiver With XTAL
1 - GWT-4A Transmitter (F-Negative Shift) with XTAL
1 - GWS MC-2002 Peak Detect field charger
tiny, if you can get these for a competitive price, i would have no problem recommending the shop for these items. i already ordered mine. go here for information from manufacturer.
5. the copper tabs, used to make battery packs.
6. lengths of 26ga or smaller insulated wire. rs only goes as small as 22/24 ga and that is really thick when you get down to this scale. i would try enamled wire but i'm afraid something might short and the electronics aren't cheap.
i'll edit and add to this post as i think of more things instead of posting over and over.

gear set!
:ö: for newbie... like me ... though gears are available on most electronic equipments, like camera, battery powered toys etal., but it would be easier for us and will save us more time if we could get a complete gear set, like the Lemo Solar gearcase, this will eliminate number of hours of work just setting up those gears to mesh properly, and we can finish our project truck in a short period of time.
i would also like seperate gears, like, pinion gear, worm gears, bevel gears, sun gears... all of different sizes which would suit the need of a 1/87 scale, and we could mix and match gear ratio to suit our taste and style or what would fit a certain model.

I have a LEMO-Solar motor and gearcase... it's very cool....I'm looking for a tiny Rx and ESC.... I made an ESC out of a servo... and I bought a 40mHz micro Rx...but I can't get the stuff to work....plus I STILL need a 40mHz module for my M8

since tttt's are handmade originals, you would have to get someone to build you one. you wouldn't be able to just buy them from the shop. not to scare you off but they are expensive. the micro electronics are most of the cost.
if you have the money to burn and really have to have one of these handmade originals, i'd ask around. i haven't finished my first one, so i wouldn't be someone you would want.
i was thinking sankebitracer's post isn't really in the right place, but then again, this is the wish list

:ö: about the tiny rx, the smallest one as far as i know is the GWS R-4P , and you can find also from their website a small ESC (5amps motors limit) used for park flyer/ rc airplane.. but the problem is, it doesn't have reverse! , regarding your converted servo electronics... have you tested the servo first (on it's original form) on your regular rx before the convertion?, if so, check if all your wire terminals are on the correct location, i mean positive wires to positive terminals , negative to negative.. i (as well as Overlander) have smoked a good rx, servo and esc after i accidentally mixing a positive wire on a negative terminals, or reversed polarity when install the battery... hope this help -æ

:ö: man i wish i could help, but shipping such a small thing from here in the Philippines to your country would cost twice or triple the price.. without labor fee! .. but what would you do if something goes wrong with the truck?... i suggest.. like Overlander, me and arch2b.. are making our own truck which i'm very proud of, showing it off to those who are amazed by it's size (specially the one i'm doing right now an 8x8 all-wheel-drive truck) and saying i made this myself.. and you can't find this in the market too!.. the size looks decieving! and makes you think that this thing is very hard to make, but hey, give it a try first!.. then you'll say to yourself.. man this things are much easier than it looks!.. -æ

Overlander, shouldn't be a problem - can you post a favorites list of items from them and we'll see what we can do?
