Help with 3.8 motor

i have a 3.8 motor but not to sure if it work with the micro r/c that i have...pic below...does anyone know if it does?

I think this OEM is very similar with the Bits.
So probably will fit.

But just to be sure open it and check if the motor is the same size with 3.8.
If it is then put the 3.8 into it and just run it.

i meant like would i get the full potential of the new 3.8 motor...cuz it seems to be running about hte same as 2.2 in top speed and slow on acceleration...thanks tho

I don't know for if you run it in a long distance, because as I know the 3.8 needs larger distance than any other motor to get to the full speed.
And yes has a slow acceleration thats why needs long distance
