need help with awd kit in a xmod evo truck

i got a h2 hummer for x-mas ands i just got the awd kit to day when i instald it it work with out the drogbones in the front but when i but the dogbones in it bines up and wont move.can someone please help me on it.oh and when i remove the dogbones again it moves just fine.i think the drogbones are to long or something can u please hlep me thanks.

the dogbones for the front and rear are different i believe, you may have mixed them up. you can also try carefully opening the slots in the diff unit the dog bones go into just a tiny bit, hope this helps.

Had same problem, and was an easy fix

either of three things, 2 already mentioned above
and yea, ensure bomes 'round into tires' to avoid premature breakage(I know this as well, lol)

but:

**make sure also, that you replace the right screws to their proper location(s),,the deepwell screws will bind in, if used on wrong ends(top/bottom)

this happened to me, screws were binding the front wheels, I had mixed em up...

took apart, replaced again, and she's awesome, even ifted I got rid of the bumpsteer too, AWD, 12/23 and my H2 is my fav xmod of 8, by far now...
