Battery
Can I use this batt in my Evo Xmod? Or would my xmod explode? Its stock right now, would I need to upgrade anything to make it work. I plan on doing the FET upgrade later but I want to do the battery first and was hoping this would work without modding anythine else besides the chassis.

I was worried about the discharge rate though, would that have an affect on anything?

if you have a evo f-150 you can put it in the bed, otherwise i think it may need body mods to fit

ya i'm pretty sure you dont have to wory abou the discharge rate.. that would just keep it cooler(the battery) and make it to where the electronics dont have to pull as hard on the battery for power.. cuz like with my Li-Ion's they get hot, mainly because i have V2.2 chip and the Fatboy HC motor.. so it pulls ALOT of power.. so ya.. i would say if you can fit it on there somewhere... go for it

the only thing "discharge rate" does is give you longer runs i used two 1500mah batteries on my xmods and it ran for over two hours, only prob runing that long is overheating. if you can fit the batt, just do it. you might burn your fets after one or two hours. thats what happend to me, but i used two batt's that size. and the stage one motor. stage two would b fine
