I got this electronics learing lab for christmas and it has a whole bunch of chips,resisitors,diodes, ect. and fliping through the book I found how to make a 5v regulator so I am going to try it to see if it works . It's from radioshack and it does help you understand electronics better and the part # is 28-280 and will set u back 60.00
